Well, nothing in this world
comes for free – we all know that! To ensure that we are able to provide
you with our professional services, we charge a flat fee of 2% (two
percent) of the property value from both seller and buyer. In case you are buying bigger plot,
the rate can be negotiated.
So that we can help you in the paperwork, one percent commission will be paid at the time of agreement and the other one percent will be paid at the time of registry.
For rental, we charge a month’s rent from both parties – the tenant and the landlady/ landlord.
